You can find this little office building is on the corner of Buday L\u00e1szl\u00f3 and K\u00fat utca. At the joining point of the two streets, which strongly slope toward the corner, we had to adjust to the situation of the closed street view of K\u00fat utca and the open street view of Buday L\u00e1szl\u00f3 utca. On the corner we located an asymmetric tower which emphasizes the \u201eend-facade\u201d in Buday L\u00e1szl\u00f3 utca and continues an entire floor level in the inner side along. These are important elements, or if you like tricks of mass building and alignment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the building there are mainly cellular office functions arranged along a rational but high quality floor-plan. They are opened toward the interior green area. Cars can either be parked in the basement garage which can be reached by lift, or in the green-roofed, open-closed courtyard parking slots opening from the meticulously designed lane from the steep street. During design and construction we worked together with the young ambitious management of the client\u2019s company; and we both learnt to accept each other\u2019s viewpoints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our trust in our work contributed significantly to the success of the building. At that point we didn\u2019t know that in 10 years\u2019 time we would have another building a few yards away from here, in Zivatar utca\u2026 <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
