The venue is the typical junction of Balatonf\u00fcred: Highway 71 (Pet\u0151fi S\u00e1ndor u.) and the street connecting the City Center with the beach \u2013 J\u00f3kai M\u00f3r utca. The primary viewpoint of the built-in was to design a building ensemble in which the elements align with the scale of the city, and its mass shaping and fa\u00e7ade design correspond with the nature and the mood of the place. It was crucial to design this building as a worthy representative, as a welcoming building for the city in this outstanding location, so we persuaded the investor to attach the neighboring two properties to the design area amongst the corner plot. The building we imagined here consist of three flat roofed P+G+1 floor mass parallel to Highway 71. In the center of these embracing masses appears a lovable, well-scaled public space. These masses are connected with a ground floor roundel, that cramp them into one building, which can ensure a passage and shady outdoor spaces. Retail and catering functions are located on the ground floor, residential functions are located on the upper levels. The plot is in a \u2018ditch\u2019 next to the surrounding streets, so we placed all parking and service functions on the underground levels, to which we placed the ramp on the farthest point of Pet\u0151fi S\u00e1ndor street. The investment was cancelled due to unknown business reasons after the first discussion with the municipality \u2013 which had a positive outcome.
