The building containing the tenant\u2019s office blocks occupy the depth of the lot with prisms constructed in a fabric-like mesh. These elements ensure the necessary depth for lighting and duly articulate the significant mass as well. The mass elements are clamped in each architectural unit by the bounding ribbon-like stone frames. Blocks parallel to Kerepesi \u00fat have more architectural emphasis, while the blocks along Hungaria k\u00f6r\u00fat recieved a more static and distributive role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building\u2019s main entrance is located in the gap between the masses parallel to Hungaria k\u00f6r\u00fat and Kerepesi \u00fat. This gap in the interior widens from the entrance hall toward the restaurant. Approximately 400 parking places were placed in the three-level underground garage, accessible from two entrance ramps. The seven floors, organized around three vertical cores can be engaged by 10 elevators. The net surface area of an average floor is 4200 sqm. The upper levels are connected to different roof gardens or roof terraces of different sizes. The frames around the facade are covered by Jura grey sandstone, the curtainwalls of the glass inlays are homogeneous structures divided horizontally by coloured, and vertically by shining white stripes. This notion gives the facade a different structure according to the time of the day, so the building received a character that changes with time. The solution of the lighting technology and building construction of the shining stripes was a difficult challenge due to its innovative nature. The solution was initially applied on this building and since then it was repeatedly used on some of our other buildings. Due to the massive scale of the building, significant tenant migration had occurred, but thanks to the initially mindful planning and the high surrounding parapet wall, the expanding mechanical needs could be satisfied, with preserving the unity and the appearance of the building. <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
