It was important for the investor \u2013 Atenorgroup \u2013 that the V\u00e1ci Greens office park assembled by four buildings, form an urbanarea, an urban pattern out of the spacesbetween the buildings, so the public areacould shape an organic complementaryouter space. We received commission todesign the fourth \u201cD\u201d building \u2013 standing on the corner of V\u00e1ci \u00fat and Fiasty\u00fak utca \u2013 after the first three had already been built. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was expected that the new building appears as an integral part of the building complex, along with a unique look and corporate identity. The building\u2019s prism-like mass and the application of honest window structures follow the demand foreconomical construction and operation, expected from the investors. By keeping theelements of the elevation on one plane and purposely densifying the random colors of the ceramics were all intended to give a unique and individual appearance for thebuilding. The two-storey transection of thecorners provide direct approach into thespaces between the buildings, and reinforcethe connection of the office park. <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
