Our client was a customer for one of our previous office buildings who placed this familyhouse – his dream home in the III. district of Budapest, on this pleasant part of the Római Part. Even though the plot -located in the proximity of the Danube but still within the city- was small sized, because of the intensive green surroundings and the low-height building limit, it was an optimal place for a high quality, but unostentatious program. We wanted toachieve neither more nor less than what our basic principle is by the by: to create a building in line with the environment, well-functioning, reflecting the era, and using clean tools. We arestill on good terms with the owner and happily acknowledge that the building adapted to thenecessary changes during the years. Ensuring these changes and modifications are always an important part of our workflow.
