The golf club with high endowments currently does not have the necessary infrastructure. Ourplans were aiming to provide these and to create holiday units in connection to the primaryfunction. Out of many versions the solution that was chosen consisted of 41 residential unitsthat were constructed by exploiting the potentials of the terrain, mainly by blending into theBalaton highland landscape. These are complimented on the top level by four further villa buildings. All the units have excellent views and large terraces and are oriented properly. The building can also integrate the minimal service of the apartments and the administrative and commercial units of the golf club.
