Sales have started for the Mártonhegy Villa Park in Budapest’s 12th district, designed by our office in one of Buda’s most exclusive green residential areas, on Bürök Street.
48 apartments on 8000 square metres
Sales have begun for the apartments of the Mártonhegy Villa Park in the 12th district, a development realised based on the designs of our office. On the 8,000-square-metre, South-facing site, we designed a total of 48 apartments in five villa buildings.
Located in a green residential environment, the development is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. Mártonhegy Villa Park is being realised in one of Buda’s most prestigious areas, at 77–87 Bürök Street in the 12th district, by LIVING, the residential development brand of WING.
