In addition to the three residential buildings, we also designed a sports diagnostics building on the site, the implementation of which will take place independently of the residential development. The residential buildings are arranged along the line of the promenade beside the stream, on the quieter inner side of the site, and are opened up towards Horváth Mihály Street.The shared plot of the diagnostics building and the residential buildings, based on a special agreement, will be freely accessible to the public on foot both from the surrounding streets and from the streamside promenade, allowing pedestrian passage through the site. As a result, the associated green areas will be maintained by the city.The character of the development is defined by the use of villa-scale elements familiar from the townscape of Füred. In shaping the individual building volumes, the determining factors were their urban appearance, the soft line of the streamside, and the optimal distance between the buildings. The masses of the individual buildings are further articulated in themselves; they are characterised by a relatively strong subdivision, also suggesting a clustered character. This provides optimal openings towards Lake Balaton for the large apartments, while avoiding direct overlooking between them.

In the façade design, we used solutions connected to the surrounding context. Such elements include plastered, unified wall surfaces with openings of varying sizes, large terraces integrated into the building mass, and the strong presence of shading surfaces. In front of the terraces and larger grouped openings, full-height sliding louvred elements are installed, while the individual openings are provided with integrated micro-louvred shading. The wall surfaces are typically off-white; the darker tone of the stone plinth helps anchor the buildings to the terrain, while the windows, doors and shading elements evoke the material — or at least the colours — of traditional timber structures.
The entrances open on the northern side of the buildings, where a large glass façade is placed in front of the opened and floating circulation spaces, ensuring a continuous visual connection with the surroundings both by day and by night. The lift with its glazed rear wall and the staircase accompany visitors from the basement level, which contains the underground garage and storage rooms, up to the penthouse level.Each residential floor contains three apartments, while the top floor contains two. All apartments have three bedrooms, with a unified and flexible living-dining-kitchen area. The internal spaces are complemented by large, covered terraces integrated into the building mass, which can be comfortably furnished. On the large terraces of the penthouse apartments, proprietary aluminium structures, including mobile pergolas, will be installed.
