Nizhny Park is the most important central park of Lipetsk. Its area stretches from the river tothe public buildings of the city. Its reconstruction and renovation are priority tasks in the city. Our proposition was based on this concept on behalf of the city. The park is a connecting link between the new cultural center on the island and the existing buildings of the city center forwhich we prepared studies (Flower Lipetskaya). The reconstruction proposal deals withpedestrian and vehicular traffic, functional land use and the area and appearance of the newly built general elements. This could havebeen followed by an actual program design with the examination of the green surfaceelements. However, this has not happened (yet).
