Quadrum office building

The office ensemble consists of four elements forming one unit, the location is the immediateenvironment of Liszt Ferenc airport and Vecsés. The area bounded by busy streets and a railroad is the concepts most important part, and the key to its success is the peaceful interiorof the enclosed inner courtyard of the building. The individual G+5-storey building parts arethe elements which appear as two related connected buildings. These together enclose a greeninner courtyard and garden. The building complex has an underground, single level parking area, which almost stretches under the entire plot. Unfortuantely only the first element of theinvestment was realized, the 2008 crisis circumvented the continuation of the construction.
