The location of the design area is a large connected plot that was already equipped with public utilities, where the investor aimed to create a significant amount of residential housings. Our suggestion was to summon the small-town spirit appropriate here amongst the boundaries of Budapest, placing the buildings on multiple separate area units, with fair air space ratios adjusted to the number of possible floors. The most important aspects of the installation were rhythmic, fixed-line masses, a characteristic image, as well as placing retail units in the central square and along the pedestrian pathways, and a public park in the center of its gravity. The plan was prepared in a competitive situation and our suggestion was not chosen. The area has not yet been occupied.
