Our studio does general planning and architectural design, open to new challenges. During our design process we aim to emphasize on a meticulous workflow, and on the use of high-quality materials and solutions. We create highly functional, modern buildings that fit into their environment and speak a clear language in terms of form and shape. In accordance with our design principle, every project is carefully executed with appropriate, location specific solutions, carried-out by our ambitious staff members. The volume of constructed buildings exceeds 370,000 sqm. Our company has an extensive network of professional and investor connections and an effective administrative routine.

HISTORY
Our office was established in 1991 after it became clear that that our former employer, Buvati, a giant state office and one of the largest architectural studios of that era, was no longer viable due to the political transitions. We based our work on the experience gained in the area of architectural engineering, design and management. During this time, we developed a strong faith and confidence in team work and responsibility toward urban-scale architectural thinking. Our slowly expanding creative studio has been successful in the recent decades from both a professional and a business point of view.
